Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) if find any unauthorized construction in plots, building then it has power to book that flat or plot after which registry of that property becomes very difficult. There are many areas in Delhi where MCD has booked the property for illegal construction. These area even include Porsche areas like GK, South Delhi, Paschim Vihar, Punjabi Bagh, Rohini, etc. and many more, so don't think that only Mahavir Enclave property is booked in MCD.
Lets come to the point i.e if Mahavir Enclave flats are booked by MCD or not? I will have to say a big YES for this. As many of the plot and flats in Mahavir Enclave are booked by MCD from many years. MCD latest booking was in year 2011 and many flats and plots which were not earlier in booking, came in the new list. This property include both individual property and builder property.
