Soon the
3rd phase of Delhi metro will start which will directly connect to the domestic airport with the new line from
Janakpuri (west) to Botanical Garden in Noida. The main station which will covered with this New phase 3rd line are
Janakpuri West-Janakpuri C 2B- Dabri Mor- Dhasrath puri- Palam- IG airpot-Vasant vihar- Munirika- R K puram –IIT- Hauz khas - Panchsheel park- Chirag delhi- GK enclave I - Nehru place- Kalakaji - Okhla Ph. III - Ishwar nagar- Jamia nagar -Okhla vihar -Jasola vihar -Kalindi kunj -Amity noida -Botanical garden.

So, you can clearly see that
Dabri Mor, Dhasrath Puri and Palam are also in this proposed
West Delhi Metro new line plan which is already approved by Delhi government. This is also one of the cause or main reason of property price hike in Mahavir Enclave.
