While buying a Flat in Delhi (Capital of India), it is very Important to know that the Flats which you are buying in Delhi are approved by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) or not. Many areas & colony in Delhi are not regularized or approved by MCD and therefore it is very difficult to get Home loan in these areas.
Till now Mahavir Enclave Colonies are also not approved by MCD and thus not regularized like many other colonies in Delhi but flat, independent floor etc are on great demand at Mahavir Enclave due to its low rate and easy connectivity to Gurgaon, International Airport, Connaught Place (CP) etc. So even a middle class family can afford House/flat in Mahavir Enclave.
At present there is boom in Mahavir Enclave property and buyer's are investing in Mahavir Enclave flats as there is a good chance of its approval by MCD.
