File Property Tax for Mahavir Enclave Najafgarh Zone

If you have bought a new flat or any other property in Mahavir Enclave or nearby area and want to file your property tax for year 2012-13, then you can do it in two ways. One you can go to MCD property tax office at Kakrolla housing complex and second you can file it online through MCD property tax Website. Property tax form are available both online and offline. There is also 15% rebate on your final property tax, if you file your tax before 30th June.

File property tax is very easy task, you just need your land area and then you can calculate your tax, so it is good to download your property tax form prior and fill it in your home and then go to MCD office. MCD also offers a property tax calculator for your help. Property tax can also be submitted through ITZ Cash Outlets and HDFC Bank Branches.
