If you are going to do Registry of your flat or land, then you must have below listed document with you. Also make sure that you have one witness from your side and also PAN card of witness is also required. For registry you can visit Sub Registrar Office of your area.

1. Pan Card (Seller, Purchaser & Witness).
2. 4 Photographs (Seller, Purchaser).
3. Voter Card (Seller, Purchaser).
4. Registry paper like E-stamp etc.
